很多人以為在運動前應該做拉筋伸展運動,並且認為,運動前不做拉筋伸展會很容易受傷~
但其實在運動前,你該做的應該是暖身,而不是拉筋伸展~
這裡講的拉筋伸展,也就是靜態的拉筋動作~
如彎腰摸腳趾啦,四肢的伸展啦,之類的...

但其實,絕對不要去伸展還沒有熱開的肌肉~
所以拉筋伸展應該是運動完之後緩和肌肉的一環~

當肌肉熱開之後再去伸展,才會得到較好的彈性~
所以你想在運動前做的伸展,應該是動態伸展,
透過全身性的活動去伸展,而不是固定的拉筋伸展.
比方說短跑選手在競賽前的高抬腿的動作~
這樣的動態伸展,也就是【動態暖身】~
