Effective Outdoor Workouts - No Equipment necessary!
No gym, no weights, no problem! These exercises are great for those brand new to working out or those who are more experienced. Perform these exercises to build strength, power, burn fat, and improve your cardiovascular fitness. These exercises can be performed in your home, backyard, at a park or even at the beach.

Get your friends and family involved! You can make a circuit station with these exercises, make teams and see which team can finish the quickest.

For those not so competitive, you can simply set goals (i.e. increase frequency of workouts, increase duration, increase repetitions) each week and see if you can surpass the goals as you progress.

Always remember to warm up and complete a proper cool down before and after all your workout sessions.
