When it comes to resistance training, if your goal is to build muscle, tone up, lose weight or to simply move better, slow and steady wins the race 💪
Yes, progressive loading and lifting heavier weight is the main goal, but if you are swinging your body and rushing your reps, then the resistance is possibly way to heavy for you & the only thing you're going to achieve faster is an injury.
Try halving the weight, controlling your tempo & actually think about the muscle groups you're trying to work.
Not only is this going to be better for your long term health but you will most certainly achieve your desired results a lot faster all due to slowing down & training smarter 😜
